Wu Chang Records, the emerging force in the music industry, held a vibrant and energetic car event last night at Paleto Cove, drawing over 30 enthusiastic participants and spectators. The event was a lively blend of music, racing, and community spirit, featuring a party bus blasting upbeat tracks, female dancers in bunny ears, and a spirited atmosphere that kept attendees engaged throughout the night.


Vincent Moreno, the owner of Wu Chang Records, expressed his enthusiasm for the event, stating, “We’re thrilled to give back to the community and create a buzz around Wu Chang Records. Tonight’s event is about bringing people together, having fun, and showcasing our commitment to supporting and celebrating local talent.”


Wu Chang Records: A Commitment to Artist Development


Wu Chang Records is making waves with its innovative approach to artist development. Moreno highlighted the company’s dedication to unlocking the potential of every artist, regardless of their current skill level. “We believe that everyone has something unique to offer, and we’re here to nurture that potential. We offer a $50,000 sign-on bonus to our artists and a commission rate for live performances, ensuring they are well-supported in their musical journey,” Moreno explained.


Event Highlights


The car event featured a thrilling racing competition with substantial prizes: $250,000 for first place, $150,000 for second place, and $100,000 for third place. In addition, attendees had the chance to win a $10,000 prize in the raffle. The event was carefully organized with safety in mind, with Wu Chang Records coordinating with the police department and EMS to ensure that any injuries were promptly addressed. A dedicated team was also on hand to monitor the races and prevent any cheating, ensuring a fair and exciting competition.


The event also benefited from the support of several local businesses. Moreno extended his gratitude to Midnight Club for their assistance with the racing, Pizza This for providing delicious food, and Beekers Garage for their help with vehicle repairs. “We’re grateful to these organizations and to everyone who came out tonight. Your support made this event a great success,” Moreno said.


Looking Ahead: Coachella-Inspired Festival


Excitement is already building for Wu Chang Records’ next major event, a three-day festival inspired by Coachella. The festival will offer an opportunity for everyone to enjoy music, parties, and community engagement. Wu Chang Records is currently exploring three potential locations for the event, including the iconic Vinewood Bowl.

Jessie Jones shared her excitement, saying, “It’s a great event, and I’m thrilled for the races.” Isaiah Miller described the experience as “wonderful” and expressed his happiness at being there. Johnny King added, “I like this event; it’s pretty cool. Dope ass party!”
